LP Phrom Wat Khanon Nuer, a monk with strong magic knowledge in the ancient capital. His amulets and sacred objects are widely accepted for their invulnerability and ability to avoid all kinds of imminent danger. It is until a point where LP See Wat Sakae once said that in Ayutthaya, LP Phrom is definitely crowned as the most powerful in terms of invulnerability. He learned magic from the traditional temple Wat Pradoo Songtham. His amulets have performed countless miracles, including a miracle in which someone only cut through his clothes while eating on the street, but could not cut into his body. In fact, there were quite a few top monks in the same period as LP Phrom Wat Khanon Nuer, including LP Jong Wat Na Tang Nok, LP Toh Wat Praduchimplee, LP See Wat Khao Thamboonak etc. All of them were great monks in the same period. This shows how profound the magical practice was at that time, and it has become a legend in history today.
His acquisition of powerful magical knowledge was initially passed on from Mr. Suwan, his father since he was young, through the books of Khrua Saeng of Wat Sao Prakon, a fellow practitioner of Luang Pu Suk of Wat Pak Khlong Makham Thao. At that point of time, LP Phrom was already well-knowned by the locals for his extremely high attainments in magic. Some people even said that this man’s skin was as hard as steel. Only in BE2479, at the age of 23, LP Phrom decide to become a monk and not return to secular life. He followed and learned magic from LP Fak Wat Tham Le Thai, LP Am Wat Ngiew Ngam, LP Khan Wat Nok Krachap etc.
LP Phrom has made many amulets all of which are very popular. But if you want to talk about which one is the most popular in the market, you must mention Narai, Hanuman, Garuda, Phra Phrom, and Singh etc. They are all the first choice for word of mouth.
What made LP Phrom famous throughout Thailand is his Sak Yants. In addition to recording many miraculous life-saving deeds, the famous bandit of Thailand once tied Lp Phrom’s belt and escaped the police's pursuit. He escaped from danger like as if he had an invisible spell. Incredible miracles kept happening and therefore spread and were constantly sought after by Thai players and believers, making the price of holy objects rise year by year.
This batch of amulets were very popular among people due to the image of Singh at the back. LP Phom always refers them as Singh Thewada or Singh Mongkhon. It was also a common subject when asking for Sak Yant from LP Phrom. Singh is an ancient and powerful symbol in Thai and Southeast Asian spiritual culture. Thais believe that the Singh has the power to ward off evil, dispel negative energy, and protect against harm from malicious forces—both physical and spiritual. More than just a guardian, the Singh represents strength, leadership, and fearlessness. In various ancient texts and legends, the Singh is even described as the king of mythical beasts, commanding authority and commanding respect from all creatures, including ghosts and spirits who dare not approach it. Its inclusion in this amulet not only enhances its protective power but also reinforces its commanding spiritual presence.
