LP Promma is highly revered among amulet collectors in Thailand, especially in the category of “Lersi” amulets. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest masters of Lersi amulets in modern times, and the sacred objects he created were considered so powerful that devotees affectionately referred to him as “Lersi Promma.”

LP Promma was born in B.E. 2440 and entered monkhood at the young age of 12. He studied under Somdej Loon for six years, diligently learning the Dhamma and sacred Buddhist knowledge. After the passing of his first master, he continued his spiritual journey in the forests alongside Ajahn Mun Bhuridatta. Eventually, both monks went their separate ways in search of secluded places for meditation and ascetic practice.

LP Promma chose to reside in a cave high in the mountains, where he devoted himself to meditation and spiritual cultivation for an extraordinary 45 years.

In B.E. 2533 , LP Promma moved to another cave near Wat Suan Hin Pha Nang Khoi for further practice. During this period, a Thai royal princess travelled a great distance to pay respects to the venerable monk — not once, but twice — reflecting the immense reverence people had for him.

Throughout his monastic life, LP Promma was deeply compassionate towards the people and helped countless devotees through his teachings and blessings. In B.E. 2537, he created a highly renowned batch of Pidta amulets using 108 sacred herbal powders. These amulets were made with the intention of bringing good fortune, career success, and prosperity to devotees. Many prominent Thai politicians and influential figures actively sought after the amulets of LP Promma, with several attributing much of their success and achievements to his blessings and spiritual power.
