龍婆通瓦三炮炊是北大年府一位德高望重的高僧，深受當地人民敬仰。相傳他天生黑舌，依古籍記載，此特徵象徵口才具備強大力量，能驅邪避咒。他亦被譽為「人民的僧侶」，對帕那烈縣所面臨的各種問題瞭若指掌，並能有效地加以解決。

龍婆通最著名的聖物，莫過於「督哈佛祖（Rian Toh Hak）」，這也是他最具代表性的招財聖物。此聖物被公認擁有極為強大的聚財能量，因此在現今收藏市場上的價格亦相當高昂。

於佛曆 2549 年，龍婆通為籌募 瓦三炮炊 興建舍利塔之經費，特別督造了這尊崇迪督哈佛祖 。龍婆通師父第一次以崇迪樣貌結合督哈佛祖也就是聚財猛烈的龍婆督哈坐高台上象徵至高無上的地位和財富眷顧信徒，本期鑄造後外觀相當優美，甚至被瓦三炮炊弟子稱之為最美的系列，背後以舍利塔樣貌呈現結合龍婆通招牌法印於上方，由龍婆通師父獨立加持完成

此尊佛牌經歷了極為殊勝且嚴謹的 四次開光加持法會：

1. 第一次加持法會 —— 於 瓦滄海舉行，該寺為泰國聖僧 龍婆托的著名聖地。

2. 第二次加持法會 —— 同日返回 瓦三炮炊再次進行加持。

3. 第三次加持法會 —— 一個月後於 瓦三炮炊舉行。

4. 第四次加持法會 —— 兩個月後於 瓦三炮炊大雄寶殿舉行，並依據精心推算的吉時進行最終加持。

龍婆通告訴信眾這一期的龍婆督哈所有加持心法延續第一期而來，不僅不會輸早先製作的督哈系列，並且是更高一層的保護，在買賣交易上會有高度成功有助財富累積致富魅打馬哈逆雍在與人際交流之上也能不斷受到貴人相助客源不絕。

LP Thong Wat Samphao Choei was a renowned monk in Pattani, highly respected by the local people. He was born with a black tongue, a characteristic believed in ancient texts to bestow powerful speech and the ability to ward off evil spells. He was also known as a monk of the people—deeply knowledgeable about the problems facing Panare Among the many sacred amulets he created, the most famous is undoubtedly the Rian Toh Hak, his signature wealth-attracting amulet.

Since the release of the very first batch, the Toh Hak series quickly became one of the most recognized and sought-after amulets in southern Thailand. Although the earliest batches have become extremely rare and highly valued today, their reputation for attracting wealth, prosperous business, and financial opportunities has never diminished. Due to overwhelming demand, LP Thong continued creating subsequent Toh Hak amulets, each carefully blessed according to the original sacred methods, preserving the spiritual lineage and power of the first batch.

In BE2549, LP Thong created the Somdej Toh Hak, a beautifully cast amulet commissioned to raise funds for the construction of a sacred stupa at Wat Samphao Choei to enshrine holy relics. This series combines the revered image of Luang Phor Toh Hak, a powerful symbol of wealth and prosperity, seated majestically upon a high platform, representing supreme status, abundance, and the bestowal of blessings upon devotees. Many disciples of Wat Samphao Choei regard this as one of the most beautifully designed series ever produced by the temple. The reverse features the newly constructed stupa together with LP Thong's personal seal, and every piece was personally blessed by LP Thong himself.

LP Thong emphasized to his disciples that this batch inherited the same blessing methods used for the legendary first-batch Toh Hak amulets. He explained that not only did it possess the renowned wealth-attracting qualities of the original series, but it also offered even stronger protective blessings. The amulet is believed to bring exceptional success in business and trading, enhance wealth accumulation, attract prosperity, and help its wearer receive continuous support from benefactors while drawing customers and positive relationships into their lives.

To ensure the amulet received the highest level of spiritual empowerment, the Somdej Toh Hak underwent an extensive series of four consecration ceremonies:

1. First Consecration – Conducted at Wat Chang Hai, the sacred temple closely associated with LP Thuad.
2. Second Consecration – Performed on the same day at Wat Samphao Choei.
3. Third Consecration – Held one month later at Wat Samphao Choei.
4. Final Consecration – Conducted two months later inside the main ordination hall of Wat Samphao Choei at carefully calculated auspicious timings.
