龍婆通瓦三炮炊是北大年府一位德高望重的高僧，深受當地人民敬仰。相傳他天生黑舌，依古籍記載，此特徵象徵口才具備強大力量，能驅邪避咒。他亦被譽為「人民的僧侶」，對帕那烈縣所面臨的各種問題瞭若指掌，並能有效地加以解決。

龍婆通最著名的聖物，莫過於「督哈佛祖（Rian Toh Hak）」，這也是他最具代表性的招財聖物。此聖物被公認擁有極為強大的聚財能量，因此在現今收藏市場上的價格亦相當高昂。

於佛曆 2549 年，龍婆通為籌募 瓦三炮炊 興建舍利塔之經費，特別督造了這尊崇迪督哈佛祖 。此尊佛牌經歷了極為殊勝且嚴謹的 四次開光加持法會：

1. 第一次加持法會 —— 於 瓦滄海舉行，該寺為泰國聖僧 龍婆托的著名聖地。
2. 第二次加持法會 —— 同日返回 瓦三炮炊再次進行加持。
3. 第三次加持法會 —— 一個月後於 瓦三炮炊舉行。
4. 第四次加持法會 —— 兩個月後於 瓦三炮炊大雄寶殿舉行，並依據精心推算的吉時進行最終加持。

此批 崇迪督哈佛祖僅限量督造 989 尊，全部採用 純銀材質鑄造，不僅極具宗教與歷史意義，更因數量稀少而深受收藏家追捧。

根據傳統信仰，崇迪督哈佛祖被認為具有強大的 招財、旺生意、增強財運及廣納財源 的力量，特別受到商人及企業家的喜愛。佩戴者相信能夠獲得更多商機、提升事業運勢，並吸引財富與成功降臨。

LP Thong Wat Samphao Choei was a renowned monk in Pattani, highly respected by the local people. He was born with a black tongue, a characteristic believed in ancient texts to bestow powerful speech and the ability to ward off evil spells. He was also known as a monk of the people—deeply knowledgeable about the problems facing Panare District and able to resolve them effectively.

The most famous amulet created by LP Thong is undoubtedly the Rian Toh Hak, which is also his most classic amulet for attracting wealth. It is believed to be extremely powerful in accumulating wealth, and as a result, its price is quite high nowadays.

In BE2549, LP Thong created the Somdej Toh Hak, a cast amulet produced to raise funds for the construction of a stupa intended to house sacred relics at Wat Samphao Choei. This amulet underwent an extensive series of four consecration ceremonies:

1. First Consecration – Held at Wat Chang Hai, the sacred temple closely associated with LP Thuad.
2. Second Consecration – Conducted on the same day at Wat Samphao Choei.
3. Third Consecration – Performed one month later at Wat Samphao Choei.
4. Final Consecration – Held two months later in the main ordination hall of Wat Samphao Choei, following carefully calculated auspicious timings.

Only 989 pieces were produced, all casted from pure silver, making this amulet both spiritually significant and highly collectible today. Traditionally, the Somdej Toh Hak is believed to bring good fortune in business, prosperity, and financial opportunities, while helping its wearer attract wealth and success in commercial ventures.
