LP Yod Wat Kaew Chareon BE2497 1st Batch Somdej Block Niyom

於佛曆2493年，龍普佑瓦轎扎倫為了興建一座供本寺及鄰近寺院僧侶學習佛法與律藏的法堂而發起建設工程。然而當時正值二戰後不久，物資匱乏、百姓普遍貧困，籌措建材的資金極為艱難，募款進展非常不易。因此，龍普佑決定首次打造一批聖物佛牌，供信眾結緣布施，用以支持寺院建設。

龍普佑曾於瓦拉康修學，便前往瓦拉康祈求當今最尊貴珍稀的聖粉之一——崇迪瓦拉康聖粉。此粉遂成為此期崇迪最重要的材料之一。此外，亦加入由印度四大聖地採集回來的淨土之土——包括佛陀誕生地、成道處、初轉法輪處及涅槃處。

當收集到足夠的聖粉與佛模後，龍普佑將聖粉妥善封存，親自攜往當代多位高僧處請求加持，如瓦龍普齋瓦薩碟、龍普術瓦白欖、龍婆艮瓦東雅宏、龍婆爹瓦三案、龍婆顛瓦考班達益等大德高僧。每到一處，他都留宿寺院，並向諸位大師學習法術，可見其發心之誠摯與辛勞。當年交通並不發達，旅程跋涉艱困，但龍婆育仍堅持逐一親訪，不辭辛勞。

此批佛牌面世後，因眾多佩戴者在仕途與人緣方面皆獲得明顯助益，奇驗事蹟流傳至今，深受收藏界與信眾推崇。上圖所示者，即為其中知名模具版本之一，胸部具明顯凹槽特徵，極受追捧。

In BE2493 LP Yod Wat Kaew Chareon organized the construction of a Dhamma study building for monks at Wat Kaew Charoen and nearby temples to study the Dhamma and Vinaya. Construction at that time was extremely difficult due to the lack of funds to purchase construction materials, as it was shortly after World War II and most of the villagers in the temple area were poor. Raising funds for construction was therefore inconvenient. Thus, LP Yod decided to create the very first batch of amulets that would be able to be offered to the people who donated for the cause.

As LP Yod was once understudy in Wat Rakang, LP Yod went to Wat Rakang to ask for one of the most famous & precious powders : Somdej Wat Rakang by Somdej Toh. This eventually became one of the most crucial materials in this batch of Somdej, alongside with soil from India that were from important locations, such as the birthplace, the place of enlightenment, the place where the sermon was given, and the place of the Lord Buddha's passing.

Once LP Yod had obtained enough sacred powder for printing amulets, along with several moulds, he placed the powder in containers and travelled to renowned masters of the time, such as the LP Jai Wat Sadet, LP Sud Wat Paknam, LP Ngern Wat Don Yai Hom, LP Tae Wat Sam Ngam, LP Daeng Wat Khao Bandai It etc. These masters consecrated the powder before printing the finished amulets. Back then, travel was not as convenient as it is today. However, LP Yod persevered and made the journey, spending the night at each location to study the magic arts from these masters.

After this batch of amulets were released, they were highly valued till date as it was not just the pure efforts of LP Yod Wat Kaew Chareon, but the miracles that were shown after wearing this batch of amulets in terms of career progression & popularity.
