龍普卡賢素於佛曆2537年1月28日親自加持了此尊佛牌，並由瓦華南蓬（Wat Hua Lamphong）正式發行。此尊佛牌名為藏式藥師佛帕勁，從造型設計、模具雕刻到材料選擇，皆展現出極致的工藝與嚴謹態度。龍普卡賢自早年起所創造的藥師佛，一直深受信眾喜愛，為人敬仰。

歷年來，關於此類佛牌的神奇事蹟不勝枚舉——有些人身患奇怪病症，甚至被醫生宣告無法治癒，最終卻奇蹟般康復，恢復健康與容貌。因此，世人普遍相信龍普卡賢具備創造強大能量的藥師佛能力，其加持力可驅除災厄、療癒身心，具有強效的保護與治病功效。

瓦華南蓬同時也因慈善事業而廣為人知，尤其是所屬的義德善堂（Ruamkatanyu Foundation）。此非營利機構創立於佛曆2513年，最為人熟知的是免費為貧苦無依者及無名屍體提供安葬服務，因此瓦華南蓬亦被暱稱為「棺材寺」。該基金會也致力於急難救援與災難應對工作，專門協助事故受害者與無人認領遺體。

本批佛牌的製作旨在為瓦華南蓬的慈善計劃籌措資金，並鼓勵社會大眾一同參與該寺持續推行的善舉。同時，此批佛牌亦為紀念拉瑪五世（King Rama V）而製作。瓦華南蓬原為一座小型寺廟，後於拉瑪五世統治期間經過整修與擴建，以更好地服務當時快速增長的曼谷人口。如今，該寺已成為曼谷重要的宗教與文化地標。

LP Kasem Khemako graciously consecrated this amulet on January 28 BE2537 and released from Wat Hua Lamphong. Known as the Avalokitesvara Khring, this amulet was crafted with exceptional care and precision, from its design and molding to the selection of materials. Phra Khring amulets created by LP Kasem have long been highly sought after, even since his early years.

Numerous miracle stories have been associated with his creations—cases where individuals suffering from mysterious illnesses, including those deemed incurable by doctors, reportedly recovered completely and even regained their original appearance and complexion. It is widely believed that LP Kasem possessed the ability to create powerful Phra Khring amulets, renowned for their healing properties, capable of dispelling misfortune and curing diseases.

Wat Hua Lamphong is also widely recognized for its charitable work, particularly through the Ruamkatanyu Foundation. This non-profit organization, established in BE2513 , is best known for offering free burial services to the poor and homeless—earning the temple the moniker “The Coffin Temple.” The foundation also provides emergency rescue and disaster relief services, especially for accident victims and unclaimed bodies.

This particular batch of amulets was created to raise funds for the temple’s ongoing charitable missions and to inspire continued public participation in Wat Hua Lamphong’s humanitarian efforts. Additionally, the batch was dedicated in honor of King Rama V. Originally a modest temple, Wat Hua Lamphong underwent major renovations and expansions during the reign of King Rama V to better serve the growing population of Bangkok. Today, it stands as a significant spiritual and cultural landmark.
